We are lucky to having found the perfect spot for our apartment complex in the far north of Mauritius in the historical village of Cap Malheureux and happy to share it with you. We offer 4 luxury apartments and a penthouse with a glorious view over the northern shore and its famous outer islands. Our superbly furnished and fully equipped units satisfy even the most sophisticated tastes.
We want our guests to enjoy a leisurely and pleasant stay. That's why we not only offer an elegant pool with a wooden deck adorned with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas and a private pool house which can be turned into a bar, but also the highest standards of service and a personal welcome. Our guests are pampered with housekeeping and laundry service. They also profit from a tight security, complete with 24hours surveillance, fire extinguishers and for small incidents and accidents, we provide a first aid box in the kitchen of each unit - just as if you were at home.
All of our bedrooms have their own bathroom, except in the penthouse, where the two backrooms share a large bathroom with a free standing tub, a separate shower and a separate toilet. Each of our 4 apartments offers 3 bedrooms, with sleeping space for up to 6 adults. A baby cot can be booked upon request. The penthouse has 2 master bedrooms and 2 smaller backside-bedrooms for all in all 8 guests and a baby.
When choosing the materials for our interior, we carefully selected only the best and made sure to arrange them in an elegant and airy way so that they exude a true and uplifting holiday spirit. Our guests may not only enjoy full sea view from the large and furnished veranda which extends fully in the front of the house, but also the breathtaking sight of the famous northern isles that rank in many books such as for instance "the quarantine" written by famous island writer Le Clezio.
The spacious and elegantly furnished living room with adjoining dining room and the fully equipped American open-plane kitchen both add to the comfort and standard of our apartments and penthouse. And although Cap Malheureux is very quiet, the busy beach of Pereybere and bustling Grand Bay both offer many sports activities, restaurants and lots of great shopping only a few kilometres down the road.
